Terms and Conditions
1. On acceptance of carriage, passengers are deemed to have read and be aware of Solent Flight Limited Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them. Passengers participating by way of a gift flight booked on their behalf are accepted for flights on the understanding that they are fully aware of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Pilot-in-Command shall have final authority over the duration and conduct of the flight. Solent Flight Limited reserves the right to postpone any flight without notice for safety, commercial or any other reason whatsoever.
3. The Pilot-in-Command or Solent Flight Limited may refuse carriage to any person who it was felt would be especially at risk or a liability to the pilot.
4. Safety is our main consideration. Passengers must take note of the briefing given by Solent Flight Limited Pilots and abide with all instructions given before, during and after the flight.
5. Smoking is not permitted on board the aircraft, or on the aircraft manoeuvring area.
6. The aircraft insurance covers passenger and third party liability to a maximum of £2,500,000 through Lloyds of London. Full details of the cover are available on request.
7. At least 7 days notice is required to change the date of a booking.
8. In the event of the flight being postponed, we undertake to reschedule your flight and that every effort will be made to offer a convenient alternative date.
9. Solent Flight Limited cannot be held liable for any inconvenience, consequential loss or expense howsoever caused.
10. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferable at Solent Flight Limited discretion.
11. Solent Flight Limited reserves the right to specify the date and time of the flight. No guarantee can be given that any flight booked for a specific date or time will be carried out on that date or time.
12. Solent Flight Limited must be informed of any disability or previous/ongoing medical condition which should be reasonably disclosed.
13. Passengers must be aged 12 years or over or at the Pilot-in-Command's discretion.
14. All weather forecasts given by Solent Flight Limited to indicate the likelihood of flights taking place are entirely provisional. Estimations made by Solent Flight Limited are based on current weather information and may be subsequently updated.
15. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of payment. After the expiration date, then flights may continue however, the length and date of flight cannot be guaranteed and extra costs may be incurred from possible increases in fuel, handling, overheads, airport charges and V.A.T. rate.
16. Extensions and charges. Vouchers may be extended for a period of 1 month from the date of expiry. The following rates apply
